Georgette Sofatzis
Born 1991, originally from Sydney Australia. Georgette is a 3rd Year Honours Graduate from the Alvin Ailey American Dance School based in New York City, Majoring in The Horton Dance Technique and Dance Performance. 2011-2014, Georgette worked and performed for many well-renowned American choreographers in NYC; Matthew Rushing, Sidra Bell, Sonia Dawkins, Carlos De Santos, Iquail Johnson, Amy Hall, Fredrick Moore, Ray Mercer, Jeremy McQueen, Michael Leon Thomas and The Buglisi Dance Theatre. She was selected to perform Mr Ailey noted work Memoria with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre at the New York City Theatre and toured with The Alvin Ailey Junior Company in 2014, NYC. Georgette continued her journey to the UK in 2016 and danced with Scottish Dance Theatre, Russell Maliphant Company, London and Exzeb Dance Company, London. She has worked with Australian Companies, such as; Opera Australia, Austinmer Dance Theatre, DUTI Dance Company, Sydney and Twisted Element Company, Sydney. Georgette has been coaching professional and pre-professional dancers at some of Sydney’s leading Full-time Dance Studios in Contemporary, Horton, Ballet and Dance Pilates for over 10 years. She is also a Sydney Dance Company Studios Teacher, an Australian freelance Choreographer and Pilates Movement Scientist, Specialising in Dancers and Musculoskeletal/Skeletal Pathologies in Clinical and Studio practices. Georgette’s greatest passion is sharing and educating individuals to discover their bodies in a whole different structure. Combining her International dance experiences and her education in Movement Science, her greatest passion is teaching and educating the biomechanics to training efficiently through dance, as well as helping individuals move more functionally and rehabilitate from acute or chronic pain/injuries. Georgette is currently completing a Master’s in Exercise Science (Physiology) at UOW to enhance and explore new avenues for individuals to overcome their physical goals

Victor Zarallo
Originally from Barcelona, Victor began studying classical ballet at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany, before joining the Royal Ballet School in London, England, where he graduated in 2008. Victor joined the Scottish Ballet in 2008 and was promoted to soloist dancer in 2014. During his time Victor danced in Cinderella, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, Carmen, Song of the Earth, Rubies, Scenes de Ballet, Rite of Spring, Elite Syncopations, Five Tangos, 14.20, Pierrot Lunaire, Emergences, MC 14/22, Ten Poems, Work Within Work Streetcar Named Desire, 6 breaths, Ab intra, Lux Tenebris, Frame of Mind, Forever & ever, NNNN, Woof, among others. Victor moved to Australia and joined Sydney Dance Company in 2018 as a dancer and later expanded his role to an in-house and virtual teacher, as well as training the Pre-Professional Year students of Sydney Dance Company. He is currently studying the Royal Academy of Dance teacher training.

Davide Giovanni
Davide started his dance life at Scuola del Balletto di Toscana where he received a full scholarship, joining the junior company at 17. After three years with the Balletto Di Toscana, Davide joined Balletto dell’Esperia in Turin, where he met Jacopo Godani, Gustavo Ramirez Sansano and William Forsythe. He then moved to Munich at 23, where he had the chance to work for the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz with choreographers Marco Göcke, Alexander Ekman and Jø Strømgren. He danced One Flat Thing, reproduced by William Forsythe, and worked on new creations with Christopher Roman, Nanin Linning, Georg Reischl and Jacopo Godani. Davide joined Sydney Dance Company in 2017 and first performed with the Company as part of Orb. In 2019 he worked for Paris Opera Ballet with big stars as Eleonora Abbagnato end Stéphan Bullion and in the same year he made his choreographic debut in New Breed production at Sydney Dance Company creating In Walked Bud. In 2020 he took part as a dancer of the Hollywood movie set Carmen directed by Benjamin Millepied. In 2021 took part of the show Decadance by Ohad Nahrin at the Sydney Opera House.As a movement director Davide has collaborated with International fashion publications LoveWant and Russh. He created work for International Paris based fashion designer Ludovic De Saint Sernin.He took part of the Australian fashion week directing movement for Ginger & Smart Resort 22 show, Luminesce. He worked with Vogue as movement director for the editorial of March and May issue 2022.

Naomi Hibberd
Naomi is a highly experienced dancer and choreographer and winner of the Charlotte Kirkpatrick and Dance Archers Award. She has performed with many dance companies including The National Dance Theatre of Australia; Theatre of Image; Opera Australia; Dance Academy The Movie; Twisted Element Dance Company; Hanging Around Co; Untitled Collective; Exhibition Road Show; Balbir Singh Dance Co and Rambert Dance Company She was appointed a principal dancer for Didy Veldman‘s Peter and the Wolf European Tour and has worked with renowned choreographers Graeme Murphy, Lucas Jervis, Omer Backley-Astrachan and Mark Baldwin to name a few. As a choreographer Naomi has created and performed works for The Strand Arcade, Adobe Symposium, Affectors as well as music video’s for artist Paul Mac, Lisa Mitchell and Silamor.
West African/Contemporary Dance (W.Africa)
Lucky Lartey
Lucky Lartey is a Sydney-based dancer and choreographer, originally from Ghana, West Africa. Lucky’s most recent achievements include: Exoticism (Keir Choreographic Award 2022) A solo exhibition show “In Transit “ 2022, Edenandthewillow Gallery, Sydney Opera House season of his collaborative work, Jamestown Collective: INFUSION: No Movement, No Sound (2021), the debut of his solo work Full Circle as part of FORM Dance Dance Bites Program (2019), Riverside Theatres. Lucky was invited as part of Critical Path’s Facilitated Program to participate in the 2015 FACETS program at Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts in Bangalore, culminating in a performance of the work at the Attakkalari India Biennial (2015). Lucky has also been part of Australia Council Delegations to Portugal (2018) and Singapore. Lucky's current investigations include the Blacklux/Sankofa -Moving Architecture a dance and film work using UV light ( blacklight ) to explore 3D cubes/ African print to create 3D human figure, Exotification of non-Western bodies and subjectivities, the relationship between hip hop culture and African oral traditions and environmental issues such as plastic consumption and waste.

Holly Doyle
Holly was born in Sydney Australia and has been dancing, teaching and choreographing professionally in the arts industry for 10 years. Holly studied dance at Newtown high School of the performing arts and was accepted as a full-time professional contemporary dancer at Sydney Dance Company (SDC) in 2013 at the age of 18. Holly remained at SDC for 8 consecutive Years as a full-time dancer under the direction of Rafael Bonachela. During her 8 years dancing with the company, Holly has toured extensively both nationally and internationally to likes of Paris, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Austria, Poland, China (Shanghai & Hong Kong), New York, Boston, South America and to all Australian states and territories. Holly has had the pleasure of working with world renowned choreographers such as Rafael Bonachela, Jacopo Godani, Alexander Ekman, Gideon Obarzanek, Andonis Foniadakis, Cheng Tsung-lung, Antony Hamilton, Melanie Lane and Ohad Naharin (DECADANCE 2022) Currently, Holly is dancing, teaching and choreographing as a freelance artist in Sydney. She teachers and mentors the students of Sydney dance company’s PPY course, Ev & Bow full-time training, Brent St, Newtown High school of the performing arts, Tanya Pearson academy and guest teaches at many other training facilities and ensembles throughout Sydney. Holly is currently Studying a Bachelor of Applied Science [Physiotherapy] at the University of Sydney
