BALLET

Classical Ballet technique is fantastic way to decrease chances of dementia, improve body articulation/flexibility, aid strong bones and muscles, everyday posture, foot articulation for walking gait, and lean muscle tone when executed "correctly!"

 

Georgette's Ballet Classes are delivered with information of the Muscular-skeletal Prime Movers in a friendly, relaxed and well-structured atmosphere.

 

The class begins with a traditional barre warm-up that will include;

- Placement

- Correct Technique 

- Stability

 

Followed by Centre work that includes; 

 

- Expressive Full Body Exercise (Port de Bra)

- Structured technique exercises designed to suit the dancers needs 

- Pirouettes (turns) working on the foundations to accomplish your pirouette 

- Small, Medium and Large jumps down the floor

Classes vary depending on the level of the class.
